Zoom Room Degraded Status

Cause for the Zoom Room Integration Degraded Status
The Zoom Room integration may show a status of "Degraded" when the Zoom Room is unable to communicate properly with the Zoom servers. This can occur for several reasons, such as network issues, server outages, or configuration problems.
Resolution
- Check Network Connectivity: Ensure that the Zoom Room device has a stable internet connection. Verify that it can reach the Zoom servers by checking network settings and performing a connectivity test.
- Restart the Zoom Device Management: Sometimes, simply restarting the Zoom Integration service can resolve temporary issues. Power cycle the service and check if the status changes.
- In Poly Lens cloud, navigate to Admin menu > Integrations > Zoom Device Management.
- Toggle Allow Access to Off and then back On.
