What’s New

  • Camera and Presenter Tracking for Poly Studio E60
Introduced snapshot-based presenter tracking configuration workflow. Enabled remote retrieval of static camera images for configuration. IT admins can now visually configure the presenter tracking zones and stage framing, using the Presenter Tracking option located under Video Controls for Poly Studio E60, in Poly Lens cloud account.
  • Remote Room Capture
IT admins can now initiate the remote camera snapshot requests from Poly Lens cloud and based on the approval from the user consent workflow on the touch controller (TC10). Check for Room Capture option under Video Controls for supported USB cameras and HP Console Control enabled.
  • Audio Service Management for Poly Studio E70
The Poly Studio E70 audio service can now be installed and updated automatically for MTRoW, based on Poly Studio E70 detection. Admins can also enable or disable the service locally in the Studio Room app or from Poly Lens cloud using a Room App model policy under the Applications tab.
  • Device Management and Controls
IT admins can now view the connected devices to windows-based room PCs, and manage settings in the Studio Room app. This allows improved visibility of device status, firmware and the settings management synchronization to Poly Lens cloud.
  • Local Log Collection
IT admins can now download diagnostic logs directly from the Studio Room app UI, enabling troubleshooting in secure or offline environments where Poly Lens cloud connectivity is unavailable.
  • Poly TC10-PC is now represented as a separate model in Poly Lens cloud, enabling independent policy creation for touch controllers connected to Windows-based Room systems.

  • Fixed policy application issues for Poly Studio E70 cameras

  • Fixed an issue reported for .NET desktop runtime 8.0.6, installed by HP Console Control installer, as a part of the MTRoW solution with HP G9+ and Poly TC10 Touch Controller
